AUTHOR BIOGRAPHY
Christine Wilding is a Chartered MCIPD human resource practitioner and a BACP accredited and UKRC registered psychotherapist. She is a member of the BACP, with postgraduate training in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). She is a practicing CBT therapist at the Cygnet Hospital, Sevenoaks, and is a psychotherapist and life coach in private practice.
Pauline O’Driscoll is a counsellor, psychotherapist and tutor. She is BACP accredited, with post graduate training in Clinical Hypnosis, and is a member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH). She specializes in bereavement, anxiety, stress management and workplace issues and currently runs her won private practice.
Christine and Pauline now bring their expertise to this counselling course, to give you confidence, skill and a deep understanding of the practicalities and theories.
